Poppy Garden Smokey Strap
The combination of the handwritten cursive on rustic, hand-dyed, leather with the bright red poppies on the ends reminds me of a love letter, with drawings in the margins. This strap is a full grain leather guitar strap with your choice of inscription on it - anything you want from poetry, a custom letter, song lyrics, scripture, it is up to you.
I start with a tooling leather and then brand, paint, and dye it, and then apply a protective coat to keep it safe from the elements. The colors are colorfast and permanent, and because I use the highest quality tooling leather the strap will soften as you use it and it will last for a lifetime.
CUSTOM INSCRIPTION: The inscription can be anything you’d like, up to 700 characters including spaces and punctuation.
STRAP OPTIONS: Standard strap is 2.5” wide. See the last photo for the two layouts.
Symmetrical (top): Symmetrical strap, adjustable at both ends. Can be used with banjo, guitar, bass, or dobro. Adjusts from 45-58"
Traditional (bottom): Tapered at one end. This strap works best for guitars. Adjusts from 38" to 52"
