Revisions Tote

Over the last two years I’ve spent so much time looking inward, and constantly revising, that I feel I’ve emerged anew every few months. The introspection has been a blessing and constant challenge, with each new revision having me feel as though I’m cycling through the colors of the rainbow. The Revisions tote has little cut-out butterflies hand stitched over a branded flower and vine pattern.

As with each of my pieces, this piece is handcrafted from full-grain vegetable tanned tooling leather that I cut, brand, paint and dye by hand before applying a protective topcoat. It is hand-stitched using a waxed nylon thread and a saddle stitch. It has a snap closure and two handles.
