The Solomon Collar

Named for a mathematician, the handmade leather Solomon Dog Collar is for a truly smart pup! Or one that would like to trick you into thinking he is. The pattern is a series of overlapping circles in various shades of blue on this antique black collar.  

The collar is  1" wide (the right size for a medium breed dog) and has a leather stay as well as a d-ring to hook a leash and tag to.  The buckle is a silver roller-bar buckle, and this collar will have 7 holes spaced 3/4" apart for a total of 4.5" of adjustability.   You can choose the center hole length by specifying your dog's neck measurement (or measurement from end of the collar to the hole currently used on an existing collar) by clicking on "MSG" at check-out and leaving the measurement in inches.

As with all Moxie and Oliver pieces, the leather for this collar is cut, branded, painted and dyed by hand before a protective coat is applied.  The leather is a full-grain tooling leather to create a durable collar that will not split over time.
